OK, so I'm really trying to catch up with these pictures. We spent a lot of time at the beach this summer; almost every Saturday. We've got it down so going to the beach is relatively easy. The beaches we have frequented are Torrey Pines, Cardiff State Beach, and La Jolla near Prospect. As many of you know we had the fires recently, and after watching hours of news reports, we finally decided to take a break and go to the beach (my office was closed, so we figured we might as well enjoy it!). Here's a few pictures from this past summer for all you non-Californians. Audrey took the picture below at Windnsea beach the day of the fires. Hot inland, but nice at the beach.
